The punitive verdict is supposed to be rendered today, if what I'm reading is correct. It could be up to an additional $22 million.
Also, based on what I'm reading, Oberlin had an opportunity to make things right before it even went to trial. If what I'm reading is correct, the bakery offered to drop the lawsuit, if Oberlin put out a public statement and letter to the students of Oberlin that the bakery (and by extension its owners) isn't racist. Oberlin refused.
