  • The Best way to spend your 30th Birthday

I have one more summer of being in my 20s and then I hit the end of year 30 of my time in this life.

I feel like I should do something epic something that truly celebrates what I consider to be one of the major milestones of life. I have no clue what so on the lighter side of debates what is the best way to celebrate turning 30?

Hopefully you celebrate it better than I did. Mine was spent at the bottom of a southern comfort bottle in self-loathing depression.

If I had the chance to do it all over again, I'd go for the epic road trip with a group of friends. Something that is going to create memories that we'd all enjoy for the rest of our lives.

I had two celebrations; first one was a sedate dinner out with family. Second involved me, my boyf, my friends and the local pub. XXD

If I remember rightly, I spent my 30th birthday working. But some of my family surprised me by showing up after dinner rush was over with a cake

I'm not turning 30, ever. I'll turn 29 again, then go backwards back to 21, then go forward to 29 again, then back again.

Less than $200 for skydiving, hmm? Jumping out of a perfectly good plane is bad enough. Forget paying someone else for the privilege.

I worry that my weight would be an issue with the sky diving.

Otherwise I have arranged it so that my pay for August will cover that and September's rent and then Every dime I make in sepetember, around a grand, is dedicated to giving myself the experience of a lifetime.

My birthday hasn't really been celebrated for the last 14 years so this is me taking charge and doing something epic.

As long as I work through the summer I can even take the whole week paid off of work.

Don't worry, the plane can lift you.

They make chutes in every damn size anyone could possibly need. Besides, one could say reaching the ground is the easy part.
