At one point, I heard that if you had few (or no) friends on FaceBook for a certain amount of time, they would lock or delete your account.

Is this, or has this ever been, true?

I've been thinking of signing up (of course, there's always LinkedIn) in a Professional Capacity only. Which would mean I would have very few "friends" on FB.

Just curious.

I don't know if that was ever a thing but I think so long as you're active it should be fine. Business pages will just tell perspective customers how long it takes you to reply to messages.

I'd be surprised if they ever had that policy. I mean, I have a second account (added because I needed an extra "team member") for certain games. Nothing up there but basic info, nothing in the way of new posts, and maybe a total of *four* friends over the life I've had it.
