Oh, yeah, regular exercise helps a lot.
Right after I moved into an upstairs apartment, there was enough of a difference for me to notice (I'm pretty sedentary, otherwise).
This last time around, I took some Midol I have left over from a muscle issue I seem to get in my neck every so often. It helped with both making my cramps less irritating, and making my sinuses not bother me as much. Yay for anti-inflammatories.
