If it didn't fall under sexual harrasment, I would use sex as a great motivator at work.

People would jump at whatever crap job was needing to be done, or a scheduled task bumped up if the choice was "do this or its sex in the store cupboard"
I know it works on lesser levels, one girl was complaining there wasn't much of a choice for staff lunch, but as soon as I offered to take her out for a meal after work (we both finished at 2) she piled her plate up high.

EEK! I'd never try to coerce my partner by withholding sex. That's not punishing them, that's punishing ME!

Um... maybe it's time for a (original Trek-style) "Calm and Reasoned Discussion"? The kind where you make a list of the behaviors that you would like to change, mention them kindly, and then set a definite time to re-visit this issue?
