Brother is thinking of getting a Chinese tattoo and I told him to be wary of what it really means and he said he's after "Foup Soup" after a big bang theory episode where Penny thought she was getting "Courage" I googled foup soup and found nothing, but I did find a 3 character Chinese soup tattoo.
Myself, mine would be Ginger Tea written to sound like English 진저 티 in Korean ジンジャーティー in Japanese, Japanese one I've had knocking around in my head for a while Korean was a recent option, which I think I posted in another thread.
But I wouldn't trust anyone to have a foreign word tattoo put on me unless I had Googled the source first, the tattooist might not be pranking you, but what if the book he got was pranked?
