I am having a chocolate-themed Christmas party this weekend and have spent many months searching for chocolate-themed gifts to give away to my guests. Not all of them are edible, but the ones that are, I arranged to be picked up or delivered this week so they would be as fresh as possible when the recipients received them.
Two of the gifts I ordered were from local small business owners: A batch of homemade chocolate cupcakes, and an order of homemade chocolate marshmallows. The cupcake order includes delivery to anywhere in the city at no extra cost. The marshmallow order I arranged to be picked up at a shopping center while the woman who makes them would be out dropping off orders to be shipped out.
How, if anything, would you tip on these orders? Now how would you tip on them if they changed the delivery date at the last minute (due to possible poor weather forecast on the scheduled date of delivery?)
