if you did so to my car without my consent, yes, you should get in trouble. if i gave my consent for you to set my car on fire (in a safe manner) and it was legal to do so (like abortion is), then no you should not.
now maybe we can actually get to the question i posed first.Last edited by linguist; 02-09-2010, 08:04 PM.

Yes, my friend who had an abortion at 26 was totally just too lazy to raise a child. Because of course thats the ONLY POSSIBLE reason for an abortion. It totally can't be because of a medical condition that would inevitably lead to the death of both the mother AND the fetus if the pregnancy was allowed to continue.
Nope. She was just lazy and should have been strapped down to a bed and forced to continue the ectopic pregnancy.
What about rape victims and incest victims? What about fetuses suffering from lethal deformities? Should women be forced to give birth to "babies" that will just die within hours?
There are literally thousands of reasons why someone might choose to have an abortion. Very few of them are simply because the woman is "too lazy" to raise a child.
