I know, it's nothing new but Representative Darryl Russon (sp?) from Saint Petersburg, FL was on the radio to talk about a bill in the FL state senate to ban selling glass pipes and bongs.
The radio hosts said that this bill could cause many tobacco stores to close etc.. and the Senator said that "well, this is an opprotunity for them to expand" we're not trying to close the stores.
And then, a few minutes later when asked why are they allowing these stores to sell tobacco, which is very unhealthy and causes cancer he responded "we're trying to close these stores, we want them closed".
Then, the senator said that the show hosts were hypocrites because he claims he was told it would be a "mature" conversation with the show hosts (and I think it was) - the show hosts quickly retaliated with his two different sides.
Edit: He's a representative, not a senator.
