      Yep - I know, it was a killer from NH (school zones there are 10-15MpH lower than the speed limit).

      Most school zones are in a 40-45 MpH zone so it's noticeable. I'm sure it's a nice revenue stream for the police departments.

        I saw this on my local news the other night. I thought it was kind of strange. I could work in theory though, if people are going the 30km they should be doing.

                    Well kind of. If I recall correctly you practically have to scream at them and speak v.e.r.y. s.l.o.w.l.y. to get any response, similar to how ignorant tourists speak to locals.
