One recall election has now been verified as having gotten the appropriate amount of signatures. The WisDem state party head is confident of getting 6 total recall elections going. Hrm.

That's just my opinion. Anyone who isn't from around here is free to keep making assumptions as well, but I wouldn't go making remarks of his imminent recall until next year, when or if it really happens.

But I am talking to people there. Thanks to the internet, I have either friends or family in every state except Hawaii, Nevada, Oklahoma, and Washington. I also make at least an attempt to follow local news, and it looks from what I've read that at the very least there's been enough signatures to recall Dan Kapanke.

I don't think his heart is very broken if they do recall him.

Having to replace your winshield because angry protestors decided to bash it in and break it, that's low. And that's minor compared to the death threats and threats of violence to other Republican leaders in this state.

Anyone on the protestor side who agrees with how far those people went with criminal damage to property and threats of violence and death, there's a special place in Hell for them.

All of the people who've sent threats and committed vandalism, etc, deserve to be caught and given the maximum sentences.

However, the radicals on the other side having gone too far doesn't handwave why they're angry out of existence.
