So then it's not the same. Because this sticker literallys means "I am under 21 years old".

If it's specifically age-related, then yeah, I see a problem - if nothing else, it's discriminatory to point out any particular group because of its age. As part of a GLP like ours, I can understand using the markers, but not just to say 'Hey, this driver's young.'
