When the majority of kids who come out of that school unable to read, doesn't know the map of the US, and can't do basic algebra, that school system failed.

I mean, isn't there a Dept. of Education? What are they there for?

I'll give you a similar situation in military terms...You've got a sniper in a building within line of sight...Do you call in a nuke strike on them? Yes, this would allow them to fix the schools, if they desired...but it's SO much overkill it's unreal. The phrase 'power corrupts' seems very accurate when it comes to politics...and this level of power is unprecidented in the United States.

Personally, Why would you wait for 20min for a counter sniper to show up? When you have that blinky red button that says "Armageddon", that 30 seconds after you press it, said sniper is dead, building is gone, surrounding area is gone. and in 10K years you can build a brand new super school with plenty of parking.

You can not give a single individual over riding power. Fine lets label Hitler as an extreme example and leave him off my list of dictators that abused power.

It makes me wonder if he could then have it setup where, a 99% vote would be need to remove himself from office and use tactics where you can have elections but votes against the leader don't count.

I have a hard time taking serious any argument comparing a US governor to some guy who killed more people than Hitler, a Commie, a fucking nut case, and another guy who commit some genocide along with using chemical weapons on people. If that's the route you want to take, then Michigan's governor is a saint.

Well they just haven't given him a chance to join those ranks yet. At the time of Castro taking power in cuba it was a good thing for the US as we helped put him there, then he went off and did his own thing.

I take it you've not taken your LOAC briefings recently if you'd use a nuke in a city for a sniper...doubly so with you in line of sight. I chose my words very specifically, and while an air strike would do the trick...a nuke?
