Yeah, she can get her opinion made into law if she wants, but, she is still entitled to her opinion.

Um.....huh? Granted Putin does give off that "conquer all the things!" vibe, but that's, y'know, Russia. Not the Soviet Union.

Considering at least half the people I'm friends with weren't even alive when the Soviet Union collapsed (it collapsed months after I was born if I remember my history classes properly)... so I really doubt many of us... who aren't old and senile... are that concerned about the Soviets.

Nah. You're only REALLY old if you remember the genesis of the Soviet Union.

I think I was 10 when it collapsed. Old enough to remember the Soviet Union, but not what the big deal was. -.-

I didn't say you have to be old and senile to remember the soviets... just to still be concerned about them

Our biggest travel customer has this campaign for a account. I have to book her flights alot when she flies commercial. They are an 'interesting' bunch, to say the least.

I'm wondering what I can get away with spilling on here, publicly.

I was about the same age, but I had an understanding of the importance of it at that time. In all honesty, my grandparent's on my mom's side had relatives in Germany, so I made a point of understanding the small part of it, if not the grand scale.

I told Dad about this, and he said we *do* have to worry about them, whatever they're called.

His reasoning? I've got plenty of my own, but what's his?
