Granted it was probably demilitarized, but still. An F-16!!
Still the only plane that I know of that can accelerate while going vertical!

I say, hell, if you've got the money to buy it, go for it. Providing that it has been demilitarized, and/or you are not a felon.

    I'd love to have me a 2 1/2 or 5 ton truck.
This probably goes without saying but, the Raptor can (that thing just kicks epic ass)

And I would totally drop some serious cash on a classic huey, the god of all things helicopter-ish

Even if privately purchased aircraft/vehicles still had functioning weapons/mounts (which they don't) most if not all of said weapons are impossible to get anyway. The only exception would be a Browning 50 cal and vanilla .50 BMG for it. Still, once you're spending millions on a plane I can see taking an extra step towards dissallowing any potential deadly-ness.

A huey? UH-1? Utility Helicopter - like the Vietnam era transport helo?
Bah, go for the AH-64 Apache!
Or the AH-1 Cobra is still pretty good too.

Thwop Thwop Thwop sound is cool, but the others are known for their "Brrrrap, Brrrrrap, Brrrrraap, Brrrrap; Schwoooom, Schwoooom" Sounds.
(bad spellings for machine guns and rockets being fired)

And the AH-1 and AH-64 do make sounds - similar rotary blade system, it's probably just not as pronounced. The AH's also tend to fly a bit higher than the UH.

If I get my own aircraft carrier can I start hosting my own world martial arts tournaments and coat the losers in metal to make living statues?
