Unless Biblically is being used to mean 'extraordinarily', kinda like 'epic' is sometimes, in which case, I guess they looked REALLY HARD and there was no reason she would be barred?

I, too, have NO IDEA what that means. My guess? Those who read it aren't supposed to, either. I figure its target audience are the sort of people who see that and, without a single thought about looking it up or about what that might mean, raise their opinions of her. There are, unfortunately, voters on every end of the political spectrum who fall for big claims without ever checking them.
