  • Right wing group puts up billboard comparing Obama to "Batman" shooter

Look, there's nothing wrong with not liking his politics, but to say the President of the United States is on the same level as a mentally unstable individual who gunned down a dozen innocent people and wounded many others is too far.

I know there's nothing that can be done about it, freedom of speech and all, but I still don't like it.

To be fair, Bush isn't running.

Fair point. Then you look at Romney's Foreign policy which seems to consist of "Who haven't we tried to fuck over/bomb to the ground?"and the only real difference is you have a lunatic from Massachusetts as opposed to a lunatic from Texas.

He's less from Massachusetts than Bush is from Texas.

Bush was at least RAISED in Texas. Romney didn't come to Massachusetts until college.

Comparing Obama to James Holmes is actually a rather light attack tactic.

Before anyone freaks out, I am not agreeing with it. I am merely saying it is a lot lighter than the usual comparison of him to ADOLF HITLER, a man who's policies intentionally killed over 12 million people, and who tried to use those policies to exterminate an entire people from the planet.

Good to see the Tea Party attack dogs have reigned in their hyperbole, and are now merely comparing the President to a crazy local mass murderer, rather than one of the most evil, vicious, and deadly men in all of recorded history.
