  • Conservative blogger: quit your job if you work with Democrats (and more)

    http://www.libertarianrepublican.net...rica-only.html

Summary: Basically, this person, sour over Obama's election win, is recommending to anyone who feels the same way he does to complete disconnect themselves from any Democrats and/or Liberals in their lives.

To him this means unfriending them from Facebook, quitting your job if you work with Liberals, cutting off all contact with any Liberal friends and Family members and so on.

    It's quite the read.

Hmmm, so he wants people to react to the fact that stuff like EBT exists by... basically getting eligible to the same social services that one is opposed to? And at the same time shunning most of both one's personal and work relationships?!

I hope for that guy that he has some kind of doomsday-preppin' plan at hand - he's gonna need it if/when he follows through on that. Otherwise, he'll end up on the streets holding a cardboard sign, and by then even the pro-Romneys won't give a damn about him.

I like the fact that his co-blogger in the comments writes that he hopefully just needs some time to cool off.

Why am I not shocked by this? I really should be...

On Election Night, I watched the coverage on CBS. When I heard Scott Perry announce that Obama had won Ohio and was therefore reelected to second term, I knew there were going to be a lot of conservative sour grapes running around. Heck, the next day, I actually made it a point to tune into Rush Limbaugh's show just to hear his reaction.

Some may choose to push secession in their state legislatures.

          ...

I heartily endorse all these efforts.

          Huh.

Say, didn't they try that once before ... ?

I like how he suggests that people divorce their spouses.

This is the reason why nothing ever gets done in Congress. Republicans don't want to play nice and when things don't go exactly as they dictate they take their ball and go home (IE closing down the House or Senate.)

I'm a Texan. We're all Republican by default That said, this guy is a few eggs short of an omelet. I actually agree with the Democrats more than the Republicans on quite a few issues. No one in this country should have to go without food or shelter. People shouldn't have to bankrupt themselves just because they were unlucky enough to get cancer or other illnesses.

I feel sorry for this guy in some ways. He's going to lead a pretty lonely existence if he cuts off friends and family because of their political leanings.

All family and friends, even close family and friends, who I know to be Democrats are hereby dead to me. I vow never to speak to them again for the rest of my life ...

                  ... What a pitiable fool.

What a sad, sorry existence this man must have, if the emotional bonds of family and friendship in his life are all so weak that they can be completely severed over differences of political ideology.

I feel sorry for the people who are actually stupid enough to follow this man's advice. One day down the road, they will realize just what it is they've done to themselves.

Utterly ignoring everyone with a viewpoint that doesn't agree with their's is why they were so damn shocked they lost on election night to begin with. They've been drinking their own Koolaid for far too long and shutting themselves in their own Fox News echo chamber.

reading that made me just want to cry. that man sounds like a horrible person, both in describing things he has done (lecturing over EBT), to encouraging people to isolate themselves due to political differences. i hope HOPE that he's just a troll that fell for his own trollishness, and nobody takes his advice.

I have friends and family members who are far to the right. I don't agree with them, but I don't discuss politics with them. They are otherwise good people. Why can't this guy do the same?

                        Fucking asshole.

Good news! Your insurance company says they'll cover you. Unfortunately, they also say it will be with dirt.

This guy's a total dick and asshat. Did you read about the part where he goes all Sucky Customer about the EBT cards when he buys stuff at the store?

His FB page is open to the public. He crows about all the support, but there are a lot of nasty grams there too (though I am not sure I agree with going that far, even if he did ask for it).

Possibly a gibbering incoherent rant about the evils of the democrats?

Oh wait, that's not any different.
