Did Anonymous block Karl Rove's plan to take over the election?

Somebody linked an interesting link..sorry I can't find it, that suggests that Romney et al did NOT have the most money. They just had the most big spenders. Seems Obama may have had a hundred million or so more raised then Romney did. Interesting.
