In North Carolina, Republican politicians have written a bill that is in their state house that will prevent women from being able to expose their boobs in public. As a lover of both boobs and equal rights, the proposed law is a travesty. Boobs do not harm anyone. I just don't understand why it's such a big deal to see breasts. Let's face it, no one is physically or mentally harmed by the sight of breasts. Children are not, straight people are not, gay people are not. They are just boobs!

I'm glad that the ship of state is so fine that lawmakers can worry about frivolous things like this. But then again, maybe we're better off with them worrying about things like this and not trying to solve real problems.

Personally, I don't want my boobs hanging out there. However, I fully agree and support the idea that if men can go around without a shirt and proudly display their moobs, women should be able to do it too. This goes SUPER-DUPER TRIPLE PUPPIES for women who are currently breast feeding. They have a legitimate reason for their breast to be exposed.

Anyone who freaks out about it can just look the other way and ignore it. No one is forcing anyone to look (and anyone who is looking certainly isn't being forced. )
