Toronto 2014 Election

Now that the Toronto 2014 election is over, and John Tory is the new mayor, replacing Rob Ford, what do you think about it?

I knew that he would win, even though I didn't vote for him. It seems that my vote/party choices always lose, but oh, well.

I just wish voting early would cut off the flow of campaign ads and pleas for money.

I'm disappointed that the Rhinoceros Party was asleep at the switch (for Brits, they're analogous to the Monster Raving Loony Party). I expected them to get a whole bunch of people, chosen simply for their names, running for mayor - Chevrolet, Dodge, Suzuki, Honda, Toyota, etc.
