    How to recognize bias in a newspaper article, seemed like something that might help people (Myself included in that) check over their links before posting 'em

    I took a history paper on this sort of thing. It was called history for historians and gave a ran down of the different types of historians over the years, in that we covered media bias as newspapers/ record takers create a slanted and often incomplete view of history.

    I haven't been able to watch or read much "news" since I took that class, it kind of ruined it for me.

      Man. My newspaper must be the bomb because our editors rail over ANY of this stuff happening. We don't print anything until it's been read by at least three different people to be screened for all this, and really major stuff has to even go through the owner/publisher.
