Unbelievable. The man who repeatedly un-apologetically boasted about violating any number of laws with his Orwellian "enhanced interrogation" aka torture program, and claimed he'd do it again in a heartbeat.

The man should be in court answering for his actions. Instead he gets immortalized. What good are honours when given to such men?
