Spoilers for Season 5 of Arrow
So over the course of Season 5 of Arrow the Character of Evelyn Codenamed Artemis joins Oliver in spite of the fact he had to choose a course of action that meant her family was left to die. She's forgiven him for that impossible decision.
Later she has a crisis of faith when she finds out that Green Arrow and the guy Arrow that would kill his targets are one and the same. At this time the public believes that Arrow was killed and was replaced by Green Arrow who's more about apprehending the criminals.
She calls him a serial killer and has serious reservations about continuing to work with him. After some thought she supposedly gets over it and goes back to working with him. Later it's revealed that during this crisis of Faith she was recruited by the big bad of the season Prometheus
Here's where it all falls apart for me. Her belief that Oliver is a bad guy is fueled by the fact that instead of arresting the criminals he went after he killed them. So then why in the world would she throw in with a man who murdered innocent people to make a point to Oliver?
Why is she not okay with Oliver killing straight up criminals but is fine with her new boss killing people simply because their names are anagrams for the people Oliver killed?
Does this make sense to anyone else?
