Back to the topic, while I don't like the RCC's view on ordination of females, they do have a Scriptural justification in Paul's letters (beliefs about Paul being a misogynistic, holier-than-thou jackass notwithstanding). Granted, I grew up in a church that had no issues with ordination of females or church leadership by them, so that could easily affect my view on it, as I never automatically equated "reverend" and "male".
