My Taurus only has 66,000 miles on it, so I don't know yet how they do as they get older, but nothing's been replaced except for oil, transmission fluid, filters, and wipers. Oh, and it came with a bad horn. I haven't even had to get tires or brakes yet, though I will in a few more months.
