  • Nursery worker charged with child abuse

    Source link #1

    Source link #2

Those poor parents; I read in the paper that they're having to make the decision about whether to subject their kids to a medical examination in order for the police to find out whether or not they're been abused.
"Oh wow, I can't believe how stupid I used to be and you still are."

Those articles were very vague as to what the pictures really entailed. They wrote of assault but didn't give any details. It could just be those crimes that don't mean what we think they mean. Assault could be the removal of clothes for nude pictures.
While horrible they aren't quite on the same level as something that could be proven with medical evaluations.

Unless, I am missing something, I am not getting where someone was abused. I take it, that just pictures were given out. Now if that is the case, then it is sexual harassment.

        http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/news...-children.html

This link might be better; it clearly states she was charged with sexual assault. A man has also been charged alongside her.

I can't post a link for this cuz I can't find the actual link (read it in the paper) but it said that one of the charges is penetration.

Well they mentioned that the images ranged from "Level 1 to Level 4 - only one level below the most serious classification." I don't know what the classification is but that would give you an idea.

Without knowing what those levels mean, then.... I don't know what they mean. I refuse to make wild guesses about classifications that I didn't create.

Yeah, all I read is of images.. unless the kids were 'forced' to get undressed for the pictures.. that could be sexual assault.

What I just read that doesn't make a lot of sense, unless ...."They said their investigation involved as many as 95 families. ", followed later by: "Little Ted's, which caters for about 60 children, has been closed as part of the investigation. "... 60 kids, 95 families... What? Is there a 50% divorce rate over there?? (and no multiple children there, by that count).
ZOE: Preacher, don't the Bible got some pretty specific things to say about killing?

SHEPHERD BOOK: Quite specific. It is, however, Somewhat fuzzier on the subject of kneecaps.

The investigation has probably taken into account several years worth of employment by the person arrested, for the number of families involved.

Not sure, but it would explain it.

UK divorce rate. Actually, a chavvy area would cover the conditions...
