Damn, that's lenient! Shoot, no matter how many DUI's you have they still see it as a felony in Florida. I've seen plenty of people get pulled over and arrested for DUIs at the restaurant I worked at as a hostess. There was this 50-60 something (ish) lady that came to the restaurant (I saw her park her car in the front of the parking lot) in her Applebee's uniform. She was smashed off her ass. So she comes in, gets some drinks and when she's about to leave, the (female) bartender tries to tell her to call a cab. Drunk lady wasn't having it. So the owner's wife tries to do the same, but drunk lady cursed her out. So this other customer who turned out to be an off duty cop (female), tried to give the drunk lady a chance to let her call a cab, but drunk lady still wanted to drive home. So, my boss ends up calling a cab for drunk lady, who has the cabbie drop her off at the supermarket (which is in the same plaza as the restaurant, but further back). Drunk lady sneaks off to get in and drive in her car, but gets nabbed after all the chances she was given. In Florida they can get you for even sitting in the drivers seat and having the keys in the ignition while you're drunk as a DUI.
