If it had been an entire roll of nude pictures in the bathtub or additional "questionable" photos, then yeah, report them. A couple of pics among a couple of the dog, the holiday BBQ, and whatever else? No way. It's going overboard.

As for Child Protective Services taking the kids away, that was complete bullshit but such par for the course as far as they're concerned. I've battled them my whole life as both a child and a parent. They will make your life a living hell even without a shred of evidence against you and delay everything as much as possible while you fight to defend yourself. When CPS is involved, it's guilty until proven innocent without a right to a quick and speed trial.

These photos were very innocent and I hope they get their kids back.

I do have say this though: We have entered an age where you have to watch everything you are doing and be extremely careful. One mistep now can seriously fuck your life up. Post about your job online, get fired. Your 18 and she's 17 11 months and 29 days, go to jail. Defend yourself, get sued. Take naked pictures of anyone under 18 (this includes sexting and pictures of yourself even) and go to jail and end up on a sex offender list. download a few songs and be sued for over 200000 dollars.

The list goes on, you have to start being smart or you're going to lose an awful lot really fast really easy these days. I hope those people get their kids back but I hope this serves as a wakeup call to others, you are on thin ice these days no matter where you are, do not jump up and down.
