I loaned a coworker $40 so he could pay his cable bill. Not an excessive amount of money, but $40 is $40. After about 4 months of him literally diving under desks to avoid me, I gave up on it. It's $40.
Well, I went to a Staind concert with some friends and I saw him there. He was on the floor, I was in the stands. I hate being on the floor. I sent him a text and I ask him how much his tickets were. He goes, "$90" and I go, "that's a lot." He replied. "$45 x2. My gf's ticket too". (I need to mention his gf is my 2nd cousin. Ugh!) and I replied, "you still owe me $40." He then ran off the floor for about 15-20 mins.
I can understand people needing to borrow money. But people should not be having more fun than me on my dollar! I work hard to have the very little fun I do have.
