Personally, I think my city is a little too conservative because Hooters isn't really that big of a deal, but apparently it's just too damn smutty!

I really need to look into this more....I have only heard from others that it's a city ordinance or law or whatever that we can't have Hooters or strip clubs, but I want to know the specifics.
