Well, something like that, anyway. This was talked about on some cable news program a few days ago, and I just today thought to look it up online. To my knowledge, no one has posted it here, yet (I did a search and nothing came up).

There's the article. Basically, it is believed that this decade will be remembered as a very tumultuous decade, considering the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, the 9/11 attacks, Hurricane Katrina, the anthrax scare, and a host of other things.
So, what do you all think of this? Looking back, I guess this has been a pretty stormy ten years. Then again, I was born in 1982, so I don't have a whole lot of other decades to compare it to (not from memory, anyway).

Like every other decade, there was a good share of tumultuous events as well as the good. We've had so many technological advances and the first black man was elected as president of the United States of America. Not only that, but we took out a cold-blooded psychotic dictator (not to mention his equally evil sons). I still don't see how this was a hellish decade.
