In a word...NO!! Why would anyone want to watch a video of that trainer being killed? What it supposed to accomplish by releasing it to the public?
Let her rest in peace.
It was a few weeks back. A trainer at Seaworld was attacked and killed by one of the killer whales.

Because then we'd be able to see the truth between the visitor's stories that ther whale grabbed her torso and pulled her in and Sea World's story that she slipped and/or he grabbed her hair. But - don't worry, I'm also against releasing the tape (and the decision should be up to the trainer's family).
My wife knows one of the trainers at Sea World (Orlando) and when asked, all I can say is that the response was very well scripted.
I have personally seen that whale act aggressive towards the trainers - twice (I've seen him go out of the water and snap at one).

Very well scripted? Or had to repeat what happened so many times it has become an automatic response.
And yea, as I recall, that whale had a history of violent behavior.

I'm pretty sure I've already seen footage of it, what more is there of it?
The actual attack on the trainer?

There's been video out of the minutes leading up to it but not the actual attack. It happened right in front of the "Dine with Shamu" crowd so the people were right there with it happened.
My wife said it was an "odd" response from her (not typical of how she'd answer).
Your wife obviously knows her friend a lot better than I do, but I don't think there ever is a typical response after someone you know dies, especially something as horrible as that.

Very true but,
Her friend is a dolphin trainer and she wasn't there when it happened but she didn't give out a response you'd expect, something along the lines of "I don't know, I wasn't there" (IMO would have been a perfectly reasonable response). Instead the response was (paraphrased) "Tilikum (I think that was the whale's name?) is such a sweet boy to everyone and he wouldn't deliberately hurt anyone".
To me, it looks like they are being told what to say but in all honesty, it can be a HUGE liability issue with Sea World - and I know they're not in the best shape financially and the last thing they need is a couple dozen parents suing because their children were allegedly "traumatized" from seeing the event (the dine with Shamu event is designed for families).
The footage I saw is of a woman being pushed around in the water by the orca and trainers trying to distract it and reach for the woman, but the prca keeps dragging her away.
I am a sexy shoeless god of war!
Minus the sexy and I'm wearing shoes.

The footage would be from near the water level - it was during the dine with Shamu event which peope eat right next to the pool. I think it would be pretty close, too.
If the video is from stands then it most likely wasn't it.
