    The fact that Florida's unemployment is at 12% or the fact that it DROPPED to 12%.

    That's a tough one. On one hand it's pretty high which sucks ass, but it has improved which is awesome.

    Hard call.

      I think the reason it improved is because a lot of people's unemployment benefits ran out.

        That's not how unemployment statistics work. Unemployment (or jobless) statistics are about the portion of the labor pool not employed, not the portion that qualify for benefits.
