So a t-shirt is inappropriate? Because that's what that is, a white t-shirt. It's not even low cut, no cleavage whatsoever and it's inappropriate? It's completely reasonable for someone at say a bank to be wearing something like that, and in fact I do see it quite often, the pit bosses at the casino I worked at wore things like that (given one of them wore stuff that was dangerously low cut, different story altogether). I've even seen a v-neck or two, what is the world coming to right?
Guys generally don't wear low-cut stuff either, simply because a man's body type is different from a womans and it wouldn't look right. Shirts do not need to be collared and buttoned up to the chin to be appropriate.
