600 calories
2.5 grams of fat
3850mg of sodium
550mg Potassium
120g total carbohydrates
of which only 5g are dietary fiber
and an entire 25g are sugar.
20g of protein.
ingredients include enriched pasta (which is the nice way of saying additives and preservatives are being used), enriched flour (which of course once again means additives and preservatives), partially hydrogenated oils, a lot of things I cannot pronounce (which typically means that they are additives or preservatives)... oh and just for fun, there is silicon dioxide.
Somehow I don't think putting in half the hamburger is going to make that big of a difference when preparing hamburger helper.
