Octomom IVF Doctor hearing underway

We have the today show playing at work, and I saw the segment on this. Octo-Doc is now facing a hearing starting today to determine whether or not his medical license should be revoked for ignoring standard medical practices for IVF.

The link is the only one I could grab at such short notice. I wonder, if Nadya Suleman wasn't being such an attention grabber, and hadn't made national news, would he still be called into question? He was already expelled from the society for Reproductive Medicine for the shenanigans. Octomom was his patient for 11 years, and he helped her birth 14 children. SHE claims he hasn't done anything wrong, but...yeah...

Discuss freely. I'm interested in others' viewpoints. Not quite awake enough to properly word my own, yet, more from me later.

There are so many things wrong with that, I can't even win against myself fighting for the number one or two or three reason why.

Octo-doc implanted 12 embryos, wheras the standard is 2 or 3. Carrying such a large number of children is dangerous both to the mother and the babies. I think that some of the litter weren't out of the ICU for months. Non-standard medical practice that placed undue risks on the patients... he's boned.
