    This is exactly the reason why most reputable collegiate and high school athletic organizations that are intended to enhance the lives of their participants and viewers have rules pertaining to athletic participation following criminal charges. It's unfortunate that the legal system makes it easier to find a loophole out of being suspended due to a dealt down felony than it is to find a loophole from a suspension due to merely forgetting a league specific rule, but it is what it is.

    Right? No. That girl deserves a hell of a lot more than that, just an unfortunate result of two systems assuming one another will hold up their end and letting bad people shine through the cracks.

      There originally were no criminal charges, which is why there was a problem to begin with.
