Boy gets pissy (literally) after bully steals his Mtn. Dew
Why the hell did the school expell the kid that peed in the bottle? Wasn't on school grounds from the gist of it.
Oh right, because if affected the bully. School got to protect the masses over the weak.
As much as I hate bullies though, and wish them alot of pain and misery to equal the amount they love to give out for no reason, that something that can kill him. (Such as if said kid had AIDs or something else. Not saying he did, but that can do something worst).
Better way of doing it is ether stop carrying a mountain dew in his bag, and stop letting bully take his bag.
Keep the bottle out, and when bully starts coming for it, take a big chug of it and return it right back into the bottle. (What's that called again? Backwash...?).
Put some diarhea mix in it.
I know that going to a school board or teacher for help would be refused, but there were other ways to get back at bully.
Now he gets expelled, and Bully gets to be treated like a local celebraty at school and treated even more awesome. Yay school.
Toilet Paper has been "bath tissue" for the longest time, and it really chaps my ass - Blas
I AM THE MAN of the house! I wear the pants!!! But uh...my wife buys the pants so....yeah.
My gut says this is a complete fabrication. The drink has to be a Mountain Dew, because it's yellow, but I can't imagine any situation where I would grab a bottle of what should be Mountain Dew and fail to notice a lack of bubbles, the fact that it had been opened, the lack of fizz, the lack of the hiss of released carbonation, or the complete lack of said carbonation. And that says nothing of what should have been a curious warmth to the bottle.
Regardless, "Todd" is and should be held liable for booby-trapping the drink. And "Brian" should be held liable for assault and theft.

It will be a sad day if the family does sue and wins.
Maybe, unless "Todd's" parents can make the court understand that he was constantly bullied and robbed by "Brian" before the piss trap incident. And even then, at the very least, he could end up with a less severe punishment. I've got everything crossed that can be that it happens a lot more favorably for "Todd," though.
And again, assuming that it is true, why should he get in trouble for /booby/ trapping the soda?
The bully choose to steal soda and got hurt. If he didn't decide to be a bully, he'd never drink piss.

"Todd" did nothing wrong or illegal. Disgusting, yes, but not illegal. There is nothing harmful in anyway about urine. This bully got what he deserved.

Assuming that "Todd" has nothing transmittible? Assuming that "Todd" isn't using various drugs? Both legal and illegal, OTC or prescription, in small or large doses, then yeah. It's safe.
If he has aids, or has various amounts of various drugs? It can be much more dangerous.

And then some. Hell, health risks aside (kid couldn't be positive for any of the stuff that can be passed through urine, and I'm not about to guess), "Brian" deserved it.

Maybe, maybe not. There are a whole host of contradictory laws governing torts that I wouldn't be able to say one way or the other. At any rate, I seriously doubt criminal charges would be filed, since "Brian" would open himself up to being charged himself. More likely it would be a civil action, and I can't imagine any lawyer would take such a case without a hefty retainer. Unless "Brian"'s family is rolling in dough, I seriously doubt it will go further.

Not from a small sample. Harmful effects come from prolonged exposure.

QFT. He ain't gonna live this one down. Unless he moves to a different place where no one knows him, he will forever be known as the piss drinker.

Why? His stuff, he should be allowed to do what the hell he pleases with it.
He knowingly gave someone urine in the disguise of mountain dew. I'm not sure how that ISN'T illegal.
Did the bully take it? Yes.
Did the kid purposely give it to him? You bet.
Not one mention in the story of the kid trying to do anything about the situation. Nothing. He's going to get sued and he's going to be found at fault.

His choice to take it. If he wasn't a bully with the morals of a common cockroach, he wouldn't have gotten a mouth full of piss. I find it rather sad that it was only the foul taste he got, when there's so many fun substances that could be added to make him both shit himself and puke his guts out at the same time.
