As for the poll, people have kids for all sorts of stupid reasons. To make Mom or Husband happy. Because CNN told them they'd be unhappy if they didn't have kids. Because they got pregnant and abortion is OMG EVIL.

Aborting for a stupid reason at least affects less people.

I'm pro-choice. I personally don't believe I could have an abortion, but I see no way that I could make that choice for someone else. I don't know their life, their reasons, their choices...I don't know anything about them, and I can't make that decision for them.

The people who made up that faux website are fucking idiots, who make pro-lifers look like over-zealous fanatic morons. Which I know that a lot of them are not.

I'm pro-choice. I also know that I would make a terrible mother, so if I accidentally got pregnant despite using double birth control, I would abort. Adoption is not an option as I do not wish to ruin my body or suffer for nine months. Selfish? Damn right. Also, since I suffered from depression in the past, I'm afraid of how I would react faced with a nonstop screaming baby. I even have a vision of me putting a pillow over a baby's face. And nope, can't be sterilised; apparently I might "change my mind".

As for the original topic, look at how these idiot's poll bit them in the arse, and hard. They wanted to prove that pro-choicers force abortions on people and it spectacularly backfired on them. Hard line pro-lifers are the absolute pits. Until they are prepared to look after all the unwanted babies in the world, they can keep their darn mouths shut. I've encountered some of these people before; once the baby is out the womb, they couldn't care less.
