Just because you CAN use the word rape to describe antics in a video game doesn't mean you SHOULD.

There are a host of other words you can use. It's wholly inappropriate and completely insensitive to attribute such a word to any kind of act on a video game. It also shows a lack of intelligence and maturity as well.

Calling someone a nigger or a faggot is not a hate crime. So if a judge is convicting me with a hate crime for making a racial slur or a slur against homosexuals, I'm taking this to the next step.

I have no time for racial slurs. I have no time for anti-homosexual slurs. I have no time for people who joke about rape. Don't get me wrong. But I am not going to condemn someone from using the word rape when it has multiple meanings. Get over it.

I've seen enough episodes of Lock Down to keep my mind very set that I feel nothing for violent criminals and other like-slime in prison. I could never be a guard, and I am amazed that they can stay calm and professional even when some murderer or rapist tries to shank them for serving them their dinner! I'd be tempted to blow their fucking head off or beat them unconscious.

Just the other night on one older episode, one inmate said his ultimate plan was to kill as many people as possible. And he's somehow still eligible for parole every so many years. God help if he ever gets out, and God protect the guards who put their lives at stake by taking care of that fucking gutter slime that should have been fried already.

You are entitled to your opinion, but here in GA if you call someone that once, you can be charged with verbal assault (and people have). While Black's Law is the prime legal dictionary, what is and is not permissible is defined by statute.
