I can also see Plaid's point. I have no problem with waitresses/waiters/etc. being nice and friendly. But flirting and groping me and touching my hair? Oh HELL no. I think it's inappropriate, Hooters or otherwise. Perhaps a little more inappropriate in Hooters, depending on how blatant the waitress is [since it is family-friendly...]. Bars are another story, but still. I wouldn't want anyone flirting with me and fawning over me just because they happen to be the one serving me.
