Aside from.... well, the whole thing really, the last part really sticks out: a complaint, basically, that they should not be allowed to stop people from coming in until everyone already in has left and the lights are off. That alone would make me think she ran into the door on purpose.

At full speed to sustain those injuries.

*sigh* Why I am not surprised to see this from my city of residence?

Yeah, you would have to be going a decent speed to sustain those injuries...I smell hogwash.

Did she even file an injury report?

To hit hard enough to sustain that much damage, one would think she'd have contacted someone at the mall when it happened.

It doesn't say how badly (obviously it was enough), but if you fracture your femur, you're not going anywhere, and an ambulance would have to be called. I'm quite sure if this REALLY happened the way the story is told, there would be records, and a report would have been filed a LOT sooner. Why wait TWO YEARS?

              What. The. Fuck.

If she sustained those kinds of injuries from running into a door, she needs to get more calcium in her diet.

What a load of bull. If she ends up winning, even if she loses later in appeals, my faith in humanity may hit rock bottom, if it hasn't already.
