This actually happened last year. There were forged documents that allowed a convicted murderer and another inmate to be released early from prison.

I feel so safe knowing that someone can forge a document like that and convicted murderers will be set free.

One would think the prison management would confirm the paperwork before just willy-nilly letting folks go.
