We had a South African at our place and he used to try and push anyones buttons hoping for a reaction, I would never resort to calling him a Nigger or anything to do with his skin colour, he was provoking anyone and everyone sometimes in good spirits sometimes in spite.
One guy wanted to beat the shite out of him at lunch, I was going there late and was almost run over by the pair, neither lost their jobs over it, the guy didn't actually get to lay a hand on him and we all knew the other guy was a wind up merchant, hell he was found sleeping in a store room by the main boss and still kept his job.
But I'm sure that if in one of our many heated exchanges I did call him one of a few key words, I would probably be looking for a new job.
I got away with calling him a pedophile a few times, only cos I don't think he knew what it meant.
After the sleeping on the job incident, he lost his cushy job and ended up on potwash on the chicken friday and walked out.
