Website blames gays for Christchurch Quake

The website-which interestingly enough does NOT involve the Westboro Baptist Church for once-claims that the reason behind the Christchurch earthquake was due to the relaxed attitudes of the people in that area towards homosexuality.

Pretty sure acts of nature are acts of God. Maybe they should think about what they did to piss God off...like being intolerant of gay people.

does the website have an affiliation with Jerry Fallwell, the nut case big church minister who blamed the Hati earthquake a year ago on a "pact with the devil" made 200 years ago (or some such outragious time period).

He also "claimed" that 9/11/2001 happened becasue of the gay thing too.

Good one! I have to say I find myself disagreeing with you on a lot of things, but I liked this one.

Reminds me of when I was on another message board back in my younger, more obnoxious days. There was some thread that one of these religious freaks started about how immoral and evil gay people are, and I chimed in and asked, "If God hates gay people so much, why did He make them that way?"

The response I got was a string of profanties that was not God-like at all. Go figure.
