The Stanford prison experiment also comes to mind; people can and will abuse even imagined authority if it suits them.

Not really sure that experiment has much to do with Milgram's or the douche posing as a doctor and making parents touch their kids.

I meant that more along the lines of someone letting a false sense of authority go to their head, but yeah I see your point. That was a strange comparison.
