Tax cheats received Billions of $$$$ from US stimulus package

apparently there were NO rules or regulations in place, at the time, that disallowed companies who owed large tax delinquesties from recieving government stimulus money.

Considering the basis of receiving the stimulus money depended on essentially word of mouth that your company is "too big to fail", not surprising in the slightest.

Well, they've got a special division of the government to keep a close eye on these supercompanies, and they actually have to operate under stricter regulations, too. There are a lot of massive corporations trying very hard to keep out of that pool, but all of the ones that got money are in it pretty much automatcially.
