  • Fair Or Unfair: Pensions For Employees vs. Executives

Not all jobs can or will guarantee regular employees pensions or 401ks or let alone 401k's with employer matching of whatever percentage rate. The only time that completely differs is when it comes to the executives. Regardless of job performance, they are still guaranteed their pensions and then some which is millions of dollars. Now tell me, is that fair?!

Is that fair? Hell no. I say pensions and 401's for everyone. And if they cannot do that, then they should not be in business. Every employee might be happier knowing that the company cares for them.

I was going to do something in "You're in Charge", but...

I think the execs should have the same %'s as the rest of the employees... plus and minus. Also, all employees should have automatic % rights to the profits as well. It's been proven to be a far better system, and the employees work harder...especially if included in the direction of the company.

SHEPHERD BOOK: Quite specific. It is, however, Somewhat fuzzier on the subject of kneecaps.
