    I don't see any way to post a link to the contents of my inbox, but I just got an email from change.org saying that, in the new trial, the charges were dropped.

    Just in case anyone's still interested.
    "My in-laws are country people and at night you can hear their distinctive howl."

      I find most of the articles about this irritating and hyperbolic. They all rant about how she faced up to three years in jail despite the original sentence being a single year of probation and 40 hours of community service.

      And I still think she's a twit who was more interested in her own affairs than her children's safety.

      She has access to a car, now, and last August managed to get herself arrested and charged with 4 counts including having expired tags, speeding, and failing to stop. Apparently her judgement hasn't improved any in the last few years.
